What is hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a very powerful therapy that can be used to make positive changes in your life. The state of hypnosis can be compared to deep relaxation or day-dreaming. When you are in a state of hypnosis, the unconscious mind responds much more readily to positive suggestion and you are able to make positive changes to thought and behaviour patterns in a short space of time.

What can I expect?
Your first consultation will not usually involve any hypnosis. This time is spent gathering information about you, and answering any questions that you might have. Once we have established what you want help with I will then formulate and agree a treatment plan with you and suggest a number of sessions.
At your next session you will experience hypnosis and we will start working on whatever issues we have agreed on.
